Structuretone - LC03

On behalf of Structure Tone, we provided post-contract Quantity Surveying services for the LC03 project; a comprehensive refurbishment of the former Financial Times Building at Southwark Bridge. The scheme transformed the site into a high-specification corporate campus for a major FTSE 100 client. The project was delivered under a JCT Design and Build 2016 contract, with a construction value exceeding £100 million.

Structuretone - Rose Court

We delivered post-contract Quantity Surveying services on behalf of Structure Tone for the Rose Court project; a £60 million refurbishment and fit-out of a prominent office building in central London. The project was procured under a JCT Design and Build 2016 contract and involved the transformation of the existing space into a modern, high-performance workplace for a FTSE 100 client.

NetZero Buildings - Hart School

We provided comprehensive pre- and post-contract services, including Quantity Surveying and Project Management, for a £2 million modular new build project delivered for a school academy. Our involvement extended from early-stage planning support through to project delivery under a JCT Design and Build 2016 contract. The scheme was delivered using modern methods of construction (MMC), offering a cost-effective and time-efficient solution tailored to the academy’s specific operational needs.

Premier Modular - Weavers Academy

We provided pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management services for the delivery of a temporary modular school at Weavers Academy. The scheme was commissioned as an emergency measure to accommodate students, and was designed for rapid installation while allowing for future removal and repurposing. Our involvement supported the project through a fast-paced programme, ensuring cost certainty and commercial oversight throughout delivery.
